Super Baby!

All of the preemie development info I've found says I should just add the 6 weeks to all of the normal milestones.  "Babies born early often take longer than others to reach milestones, but by age 2 they usually catch up to their peers. In fact, pediatricians say that when gauging a preemie's development, parents should begin counting from the child's due date, not from his birth date. So a child born three months early should be expected to reach at 6 months the milestones of a 3-month-old."

Her due date is September 17th but she is kicking butt already.  She can lift her head up for a few seconds, push her butt off the ground (by arching her back and pushing her feet on the ground) and today she even flipped herself over.  I had laid her on the loveseat with her feet towards the back so I could run into the kitchen really quick.  She started to cry and got so upset that she pushed herself onto her belly by pushing against the back of the loveseat with her feet!  Amazing!

Like I said...she's a super baby!!
