Oldies but Goodies

I finally downloaded my pictures off of my camera's memory card (hence the Fairytale Town post!) but noticed there were a few pictures in the camera memory! A nice little surprise to see some older pictures of my little monkey and realize how much she's changed in such a short time. :)
I believe these were taken in November 2009 - she's growing up so fast! :)

Fairytale Town!

We went to visit Aunt Kayte in Sacramento before she moved to New York City at the end of September. I called our friends, Amber and Craig, to see about meeting up and she suggested we take the kiddies to "Fairytale Town"! Their son, Mason, is 1! Harper and Mason had a blast looking at the animals, climbing on things, but they loved going down the slides the best. They didn't like posing for pictures, especially after being worn out from all that running! Harper was asleep within 5 minutes of getting in the car to leave...

My personal favorite... :)
The rest of the pictures can be found in a Facebook Album here: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=232732&id=523002256&l=b4210ed13e

Remembering G.H.

Back row, L to R, my mom and Aunt Lynda. Front row, my Uncle G.H. and Aunt Vicky.

For those of you who don't know, my Uncle G.H. died on Friday morning after a 7-year battle with a terminal brain disease called FTD (Frontal Temporal Dimentia). He was my mom's younger brother, and he was 48 years old. My family has set up a memorial website, and I love all of the photos up so far so I wanted to share the link. He will be missed.

18 Months Old!

I can't believe it - Harper is a year and a half now!

We went camping last month (up at the Clear Lake campground) and Harper just loved playing around outside! We had our camp trailer so it was nice and cozy when we wanted it to be, but we really spent most of the time outside! Harper stomped around in the snow for hours, following the dogs and holding her cousin Zane's hand. Zane was quite a trooper and was very entertaining to hang out with!

She has 16 teeth now and is growing so fast! She hasn't had a check-up since November, and she won't have to go back until May, but at the last doctor's appointment she was 23 lbs. 3 oz. and 33 1/2 inches tall! We'll have to see how fast she's growing in May!

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! xoxoxoxo, Glenn, Lindsay, Harper, Keno & Molly (the doggies!)

The many faces of Harper

She's expressive, that's for sure! And very difficult to get a smile out of for the camera, especially when she's eating. But she's more interested in the camera (and the LCD screen on the back) than posing!

Our Growin' Girl!

That is our updated paint footprint on the wall by the front door. We did her first footprint last year when we were painting the kitchen cabinets, and decided to do another one a year later. I blogged about that day last year here. We miss you, Grandma Marcia! xoxoxo.
