1 Year, 2 Months, 1 Week and 2 Days Old!

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the lack of updates - I've been very busy over at my other blog (lindsaychristensendesign.com/blog) but I just wanted to add a few cute bath pics of Miss Harper from recently. She is walking, practically running, though! Very busy, into everything now...but just so sweet. She is saying a few words...I tried to count and I think she says 7 words now: mama, dada, uh-oh, dog, woof, up, and hot (we've been teaching her about the heaters and wood stove!). She also shakes her head 'no,' waves bye-bye and can sign for 'milk.' Very cute!

She still has 8 teeth, but she is getting a new one, and I think it's a molar. I have no idea how big she is now, but we have her 15 month check-up next month so I will be sure to update you then!

October already??

If you didn't know already, Harper is a walking PRO now!! She just toddles all over the house and it is the cutest thing. I shot 2 videos of her today (we're both home sick together) and I thought this one was pretty cute. Enjoy!!

Happy Labor Day! (Almost 13 months old!)

Harper and I are hanging out at the ranch this weekend, all by our lonesome selves - so we had a little photo shoot! Glenn is on the Big Meadow fire down at Yosemite, but hopefully he'll be home soon!

Harper looked so cute today, crawling all around in the grass (always crawling to me, though). So I thought I'd share it with you all!

She's crawling super fast now, and she can walk all over the house as long as mommy is right there just in case! She can do it, she's just making SURE she's ready. :)

Wow. Fastest, and most amazing year of my life. What a blessing! This post is going to be quick -- I have to get some sleep before Harper's party tomorrow, but I had to post a Happy Birthday post really quick! Wow. My girl is 1. A crawling, almost walking on her own, babbling, comprehending, tantrum-throwing toddler. :) Be on the lookout for the party pics coming soon!!

I just can't get enough of this!

I downloaded this program called Gawker, which records time-lapsed videos from your webcam (and does other things, but I haven't gotten there yet), so here is a video I shot today to test it out. Enjoy!! :) It is soo cute!!

I can crawl! And walk!!

We thought Harper was going to skip crawling altogether, but she figured it out!! She has been able to stand for a long time, and is slowly able to take more and more steps every day (which is why we thought she'd walk first, but she's still working on officially walking)! She doesn't really like to crawl on her own (she'd rather have mommy and daddy cart her around all the time), but she really loves to do laps around the living room holding onto the furniture. :) Check out these videos that I took today!!!
